Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)

Rosemary is the herb of myth, lore and tradition. For thousands of years it was the emblem of fidelity for lovers. Students of ancient Greece wore garlands of rosemary to enhance their memory. Rosemary enhances the flavour of tomatoes, squash, cheese, shellfish, lamb, poultry and beef. It also makes an aromatic and delicious flavoured olive oil.
